Prices stated are exclusive 19% VAT. Depending on the nature of the activities, the following applies to all our activities:
Transport: The Algemene Vervoercondities (General Transport Conditions) 2002 (AVC), registered at the Stichting Vervoeradres (sVa) at the Registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam; for international transport, the AVC 2002 complementary to the CMR apply;
Storage and related activities: The Physical Distribution conditions 2000, registered at the Registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam under document numbers 177/2000 and 116/2000 respectively.
Shipping activities: The Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden (Dutch Shipping Conditions), registered on 1 July 2004 at the Registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, with the exception of article 23.
Payments: For activities to which the afore-mentioned conditions do not apply, the Transport en Logistiek Nederland (Dutch Transport and Logistics) general terms of payment apply, registered at the Registry of the District Court of 's Gravenhage on 2 July 2002, document number 69/2002;
Fuel cost adjustment clause: A fuel cost adjustment clause applies to all our transport activities.
With regard to aforementioned conditions, the most recently registered version applies. The conditions will be sent to you free of charge on request. |
